The Charlie Dress still fits!

A while back I bought Rae’s Charlie Tunic pattern, and had a lot of fun making this dress version for R. I made it skinnier than the pattern calls for, since she is a skinny minny.
But the cool thing is, that it still fits!
I put it on last week for the first time in maybe 8-10 months, and was so happy to see that it still fits!
I made it extra long to begin with, so that it would work for a while – so that helped.
And as you can see, she had a ton of fun playing around in it and being silly!
Now I’m going to try to make a small version for my 6 month old boy…did I just say SIX MONTHS!!
AHH!
I can’t believe it has already been almost 6 months!!!
Excuse me while I go hyperventilate while having visions of the kiddos growing up and going off to college…….

I know isn’t it crazy!!! I cant believe it! I remember when my daughter turned 6 months I felt like it had been a substantial amount of time. But with him, it is just flying by! I feel like I’m already missing all of my time with him! ugh…i really have to learn to live in TODAY and not worry so much about TOMORROW!
